• Be a volunteer
One of the best ways to get involved in the festival is to volunteer your time and skills to one or more of the many events on throughout the week.
As well as being part of the delivery team, you get the chance to meet new people, learn new skills and you can even get a reference to add to your CV.
The Events team at Rotorua District Council, in conjunction with the individual event organisers, will be coordinating volunteers across the whole festival. If you want to know more about becoming a volunteer at the festival or at any other Rotorua event, send us an email including your name and contact details.

• Become a Sponsor
if you are interested in supporting the festival either financially or in-kind, there are a number of options you can choose from. For more details about becoming a sponsor, contact the Events Manager at Rotorua District Council via email for information - major.events@rdc.govt.nz

• Do you have an idea for a Bike Festival event?
Organisers believe the Rotorua Bike Festival will grow each year, which means they are always keen to hear about new ideas for events that can be included. If you or your organisation have an idea for an event or activity you would like to see part of the festival, contact the Events Manager and Rotorua District Council who can give you advice on how to make it happen.
