The Rotorua Bike Festival promotes cycling events across the Rotorua region between the 22 October - 1 November 2020.

By submitting an event to be apart of the 2020 Rotorua Bike Festival you agree to abide by the following guidelines.

1. You as the event organiser will proactively promote participation in your event in the lead up and during the Rotorua Bike Festival.
2. You will cross promote the Rotorua Bike Festival via your event channels
3. You will provide a complete Safety Management System for your event including a Hazard Assessment no later than the 5pm on Friday the 25th of September.
4. You will provide a Runsheet and site plan for your event no later than the 5pm on Friday the 2nd of October.
5. You will, where possible provide electronic registration for your participants or attendees, this data is to be shared with the Rotorua Bike Festival to assist with promoting your event.
